- General - Large, modern hotel. Ideal for the NEC or Birmingham International Airport.(ML 03/03)
- Lobby - The lobby area is both large and stylish, with carpeted wooden floors and mirrored pillars.
- Location - This hotel is situated at the site of the National Exhibition Centre, eight miles from the city centre and one mile from the airport.
- Restaurant - The Boulevard serves traditional English cuisine from an A La Carte menu, and The Carvery serves the traditional roast. Light snacks can also be taken in the lounge bar.
- Rooms - All rooms are air conditioned and well decorated in pastel shades, offering the usual facilities.
