Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The building is very traditional and elegant.
- General - The Hotel is very elegant and has managed to retain it's victorian appearance, but in an updated fashion. It also has an impressive ballroom and many other function rooms. (0898/0300KA)
- Lobby - The lobby is fairly small and could get fairly crowded at busy times. It has a small reception desk and a couple of seats.
- Location - The Hotel is located in the heart of Birmingham, directly opposite the cathedral and main shopping area. It is a five minute walk from New Street station.
- Restaurant - There are two restaurants in the Hotel; The Carvery, which is decorated in dark woods and rich red colours. Also Chamberlains, which is decorated in soft greens and has an A La Carte menu.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium and large in size and are en-suite. They have recently been refurbished and are in excellent condition, decorated in greens and blues. The bathrooms are particularly nice, some with marbled interior.
