- Exterior - It is a traditional building.
- General - This hotel is very friendly, and is suitable for guests wishing to visit Stratford. Donna taylor. August 1998
- Lobby - Medium in size and is fairly comfortable. The hotel also has a lounge/bar area which serves snacks.
- Location - Is situated five minutes from the city centre, the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and many famous old buildings.
- Restaurant - The restaurant Is very delightful. It overlooks the hotel garden, and is decorated in pastel colours.
- Rooms - The room are all very comfortable and have private bathroom, radio and television, and hospitality tray. There are also some executive rooms which have been recently refurbished and also have a trouser press and hair dryer.
