- Exterior - This is an informal hotel, a white wash brick building with large windows on the ground floor and a White Horse statue over the entrance.

- Lobby - The lobby is small with 2 seating areas, one on the left and a small one on the right. The lobby is carpeted and leads to the bar and restaurant on the right.
- Location - This hotel is located in the centre of town, just 45 minutes from both London gatwick and London heathrow airports.
- Restaurant - The hotel boasts a traditional English restaurant
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, 90% are medium and 10% are large, kept in very good condition. All rooms are ensuite and have remote control tv, hair dryer, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. 'no- smoking' rooms are available. Decor is modern.
