- Location - The hotel is located in the centre of Newmarket.

- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size, on average, and all are in good conditions. All have been decorated in a traditional style with dark wooden furniture and dark colour schemes. They are all equipped with T.V., direct dial telephone,hairdryer, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms are medium in size and in good conditions.
