- Exterior - This is a traditional hotel which is a 4 storey building and has a large entrance.
- General - The hotel also has conference facilities. This is a good hotel with an excellent location on the seafront. Aug 1998
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is medium in size with a reception desk and a small seating area. The decor is very traditional throughout the hotel.
- Location - This hotel is situated at the far end of the promenade on the seafornt of Aldeburgh. It is close to ipswich and lowestoft.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant is elegant and offers a variety of dishes in a large room which overlooks the north sea. The hotel also has a bar and lounge which serves bar meals.
- Rooms - All 47 bedrooms are ensuite and have facilities including telephone, hairdryer and trouser press. The rooms are mainly small in size but there are some medium sized rooms available. The decor is fairly basic with bright colours and floral prints. Some rooms at the front of the hotel have sea views.
