- Exterior - This is a modern building.
- General - The hotel also has a pool and leisure complex. August 1998
- Lobby - The lobby is large and bright and has a number of comfortable chairs. There is also a very attractive atrium lounge where clients can take morning coffee,afternoon tea and light meals.
- Location - The Moat House is situated not far from the town centre of telford and about thirty-four miles north west of Birmingham. It is close to Ironbridge gorge and the world's first iron bridge over the river severn. Also the County of shropshire itself abounds with undulating scenery and lovely villages.
- Restaurant - The ashgrove restaurant is an attractive,bright room,decorated in a modern style. It has a reputation for good foods and fine wines. There is also a large bar which serves Quality bar meals and snacks at lunchtimes.
- Rooms - The rooms,all with private Bathroom are large and pleasantly decorated in a modern style.
