Hotel Reports
- Exterior - An elegant, historic 18th century manor. A 3 storey building with attractive long bay windows at the front. Magnificent surroundings.
- General - An excellent Manor House in particularly lovely surroundings. - not visited - august 1998
- Lobby - The fairly large lobby is extremely sophisticated with armchairs, sofas and pale wood panellings.
- Location - The West Retford hotel is situated in the countryside in extremely attractive gardens and grounds. 20 mins from Doncaster and half an hour drive to Lincoln.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves a variety of dishes and is very elegant with attractive table settings.
- Rooms - The 60 rooms vary in size but are mainly medium and kept in very good condition along with the Bathrooms. All rooms are Spacious and elegantly furnished. Full facilities are included and luxury suites are available. Tasteful decor consisting of floral curtains and matching bedspreads.
