- Exterior - This is a modern, red brick, 4 storey building with a lovely marina view restaurant.
- General - The hotel also has a health and fitness club featuring swimming pool, gym, sauna and resident beautician. Malcolm august 1998
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is large and Spacious with a wooden floor and big sofas and armchairs. The room has soft lighting and is very appealing upon arrival. There is plenty of Space for groups and their luggage.
- Location - This hotel is situated alongside Hull marina in a particularly attractive setting. It is close to Hull mainline station and less than 20 miles from the humberside airport. Local attractions include the town docks museum, princes quay shopping centre and the gothic cathedral.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant offers everything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner in a waterside setting. A variety of International dishes are on offer including traditional English fayre. The cocktail bar serves light meals and drinks and features sky sports.
- Rooms - The hotel has 99 en suite rooms all with interactive tv, radio, coffee making facilities, mini bar, hairdryer and trouser press. The rooms are medium in size and in good condition with modern interior and bright colours.
