- Exterior - A modern, purpose built building, opened in 1973.
- General - The hotel has a leisure centre with a swimming pool, Spa pool, gym, sauna, steam room and sunbed. There are conference and banqueting suites for small or large functions. A large car park is available for guests. (11/02 RG)
- Lobby - The reception is medium in size and is light and welcoming.
- Location - This modern hotel is situated close to the outer ring road, a short distance from the centre of Norwich.
- Restaurant - The hotel's restaurant can accommodate 120 people. Local game, seafood and farm fresh produce features on the menu. There is also a bar which serves bar snacks and a games room.
- Rooms - All rooms have private bathroom and modern facilities. They are simply furnished and some are available for the disabled.
