- Lobby - The lobby and reception area is medium in size and very elegant, with a large sweeping marble staircase.
- Location - This hotel is situated in the heart of Manchester.
- Restaurant - There are a couple of restaurants; jenny's which serves French cuisine and the pizzeria, serving Italian food. Adjacent to the restaurant is a cocktail bar that has a resident pianist.
- Rooms - The majority of rooms are medium in size, are en-suite with full facilities and in good condition, as are the Bathrooms.
