- Lobby - The lobby is small, with a seating area and modern decor.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the city centre, overlooking Piccadilly gardens. It is close to the g-mex exhibition centre, Piccadilly train station and the airport is ten miles away.
- Restaurant - The verandah restaurant serves buffet and a la carte meals, with spectacular views of Manchester. The hotel also has a choice of three, contrasting bars, serving a wide range of drinks.
- Rooms - All the rooms are large in size, in good decorative order and are equipped with full facilities.
