- Lobby - The large lobby is elegantly decorated. There is an extensive seating area.
- Location - Situated in the centre of Manchester.
- Restaurant - The Waterhouse restaurant serves an exceptional cuisine in a cool green decor. In the basement of the hotel the Mongolian restaurant is informal and guests are able to see their food being cooked for them on a large wok. This is a fun and lively restaurant.
- Rooms - All of the large rooms have been careful and individully designed with the emphasis on the lavish use of fabrics. They are in good condition and all have full facilities.
