- Lobby - The lobby is large in size and is impressively decorated as it has been restored to retain all the original brickwork and oak beams.
- Location - The hotel is on the banks of the River Irwell, eight minutes cab ride from Piccadilly Station.
- Restaurant - There are two restaurants, award winning Sherlock Holmes and the French style brasserie, Cafe Maigret.
- Rooms - The rooms are on average medium in size and each room is subtly themed around many succesful Granada productions. The hotel offers 24 hour room service, multi-national satllite television with Playstation, telephones with voice mail and data modem point.
