- Exterior - This is a modern grey building.
- General - This is a large and very busy hotel which is also frequented by the general public who come to enjoy the hotel restaurants and bar. (0398/0600DM)
- Lobby - The lobby is large and is on split levels, a few steps lead to the long reception area, which is covered with light wood.
- Location - The hotel is ideally located on Tottenham Court Road, only a few yards from Oxford Street, with plenty of bus stops, and Tottenham Court Road underground station opposite.
- Restaurant - The hotel features two restaurants, one is a coffee shop is on the mezzanine and is a bistro style restaurant and continental breakfast is served here. There is a bar which is a traditional british lounge bar and English breakfast is served here.
- Rooms - The rooms are small in size and are kept in good condition, furnished and decorated in a modern style with light wooden furniture, and they are very clean.
