- Exterior - The hotel is a listed white Victorian building.
- General - It is a comfortable hotel, set in the heart of London.(0201DT)
- Lobby - The charming lobby is small, split into three parts with a central hall and smaller seating areas on either side. It is decorated in attractive pastel shades with a blue floral carpet and dark wood furniture. The lobby is a strong feature of the hotel, due to the numerous, well preserved original features, such as the ornate coving to the ceiling and the york stone staircase.
- Location - Located in the heart of Kensington, just five minutes walk from the Museums and Gloucester Road and South Kensington underground stations.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is decorated in warm reds, offering a welcoming atmosphere, complimented by traditional pictures hanging on the walls and dark wood furniture.
- Rooms - The small rooms are in very good condition with dark wood Victorian furniture and light blue floral patterned soft furnishings, giving an attractive traditional english appearance. The bathrooms are in fair condition, decorated in white and pink.
