- Exterior - This is a modern structure, built in a 'maritime' style.
- General - This hotel is ideally located for clients wishing to be close to London City Airport or the Excel exhibition centre in this fast developing area of the city. Although simply furnished with limited facilities, it represents good value for money.
- Lobby - The lobby is small and functional with limited seating available for guests.
- Location - The hotel is ideally located directly opposite the new EXCEL exhibition centre in Docklands. Custom House DLR station is adjacent to the hotel, offering a fast link to the centre of London.
- Restaurant - The pleasant hotel restaurant is located on the first floor, offering a selection of snacks throughout the day.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium in size and simply furnished in a modern style. Neutral colour schemes have been used throughout all the rooms. The bathrooms are fairly small but are functional.
