- Exterior - The building is a traditional Edwardian facade with the apartments compiling two blocks.
- General - The apartment are of affordable and quality standard. (0898/0600DM)
- Lobby - The entrance is small and simple as there is no reception. The keys are collected at the Westminiter Hotel and guests are chauffered to the apartments.
- Location - Located in the heart of the prestigious and sought after area of Little Venice, these apartments are situated in a quiet residential tree lined road, within close vacinity of Warwick Road underground station and Paddington mainline station. The area offers a variety of entertainment, popular restaurants and an ample shopping area.
- Restaurant - Not available.
- Rooms - The apartments are medium in size, simply furnished and warm in decor. The kitchens are medium in size and an interesting and attractive aspect in some apartments, is that the kitchen is on a split level below the living area, and in some apartments the living rooms and bedrooms are on different levels. The bedrooms are medium in size and bunk beds can be provided on request. The bedroom decor is simple but warm and there is sufficient wardrobe and storage space. The bathrooms are also medium in size.
