- Exterior - The first purpose built hotel in London, the property has a typical facade with a large blue canopy.
- General - This is a good quality hotel with an unrivalled location, ideal for those wishing to stay in the hub of the capital. (0799/0600DM)
- Lobby - The large lobby is attractively furnished in light marble. Plentiful seating is available. The long reception to the right is large enough to accomodate several guests checking in at the same time. The 'Waterfall' restaurant is to the left of the lobby with an attractive water feature. The second, more relaxed restaurant is to the back of the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of London close to Oxford Street, Covent Garden and Theatreland.
- Restaurant - The 'Waterfall' restaurant is bright and airy and is very popular for both lunch and dinner. A variety of modern cuisine is served. The second restaurant is more relaxed and serves a good selection of light snacks and drinks.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are in good condition and are decorated in neutral colour schemes. Some of the furniture would benefit from replacement. The bathrooms are again in good condition.
