- Exterior - The hotel's appearance can be described as a traditional town house.
- General - Although this hotel is 2 star, it is of a very high standard, and offers the client a relaxed stay in a traditional atmosphere. It's location compliments it further.
- Lobby - The lobby is small but welcoming. The decor is typically traditional to create a comfortable atmosphere.
- Location - The hotel is located in the central area of Victoria and is therefore is ideal for visiting London's many attractions. It is within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, The Tate Gallery, Westminster Abbey to name just a few.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - The rooms have been newly refurbished. Once again the traditional character of the hotel is apparant, and is complimented by the dark wooden furniture and pastel coloured decor. Furthermore, all rooms have modern facilities including ensuite bathrooms, televisions,telephones etc.
