- Exterior - The hotel is made up of several Victorian townhouses dating back to 1860.
- General - The hotel is small and cosy, situated in the heart of London. (0799SNT/0600DM)
- Lobby - The small lobby is cosy, decorated in rich greens with dark wood panelling. It has a small seating area, however there is further seating in the adjoining bar area.
- Location - The hotel is situated on a tree-lined terrace in Bayswater between Queensway and Lancaster Gate underground stations. It is fifty yards from Hyde Park and within walking distance of Oxford Street.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is a fine feature of this hotel, having plenty of ornate period features, large windows and in good decorative condition. The unusual shape of the restaurant gives diners a feeling of privacy and intimacy.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are small but functional and in fair condition, They are decorated in blues and creams, with light wood furniture. The bathrooms are also in a fair condition.
