- Lobby - The lobby is large in size with lofty ceilings and tall windows. It is decorated in dark and light wood and has plenty of sofas and chairs for guests to use.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the heart of Central London just two minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road Station, the hotel is situated close to Oxford and Bond Street and convenient to Covent Garden and Theatreland.
- Restaurant - The hotel has one restaurant "Lutyens" which offers contemporary cuisine. The club-like Lutyens bars with its rich wooden panels and relaxed atmosphere is a welcome retreat at the end of the day.
- Rooms - All rooms are luxuriously decorated and have been designed to provide every comfort and feature to meet the needs of all guests. Each room is air conditioned and has Multi-channel TV, minibar, tea/coffee tray, iron and board, trouser press and in room safe.
