- Exterior - The hotel is a historical building with a traditional Edwardian facade.
- General - The hotel is not finished yet and is due to open mid 2001(0201DT)
- Lobby - Imposing lobby, modern in design.
- Location - Located next to Paddington railway station with easy access to central London. The direct fifteen minute rail link to Heathrow Airport leaves from Paddington Station on the Heathrow Express. Marble Arch, Kensington Palace and Hyde Park and nearby.
- Restaurant - There will be an all day brasserie which will be contemporary in design.
- Rooms - Not yet finished
