- Exterior - The hotel is a large modern grey building.
- General - This is a quality hotel, situated within Central London. (0201DT)
- Lobby - The large lobby is tiled with polished tiles, it features a long wooden reception desk and along the window front is a comfortable seating area which also features a white grand piano. The lobby is decorated in a modern style with a warm colour scheme.
- Location - The hotel is located in fashionable Kensington, next to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the Kensington High Street underground station is just a few minutes on foot.
- Restaurant - The hotel has two restaurants, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, both are very tastefully furnished and decorated. The roof restaurant offers beautiful views and a dance area with a grand piano.
- Rooms - The large rooms are furnished and decorated in a pale colour scheme, they feature large windows offering beautiful views across Kensington gardens and Hyde Park. The executive rooms are decorated with a lot of medium wood and feature a seating area on the split level. The rooms and the bathrooms are all of exceptional condition.
