- Exterior - A traditional building.
- General - This is a pleasant hotel situated in an ideal location. (0201DT)
- Lobby - The lobby and reception area are medium in size, featuring a beautiful staircase to the right of the reception, and opposite a traditional open plan lounge where afternoon tea is served.
- Location - The hotel is located in fashionable Mayfair, within a few minutes walk to Bond Street, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly, Theatreland and Green Park, with Green Park underground station one minutes walk away.
- Restaurant - The hotel has two restaurants, a bar and a pub on the ground floor. There is a modern mediterranean style restaurant with a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the cafe is a bright bistro style restaurant where breakfast is served on most days. The traditional hotel bar features numerous photographs of the many celebrities who have enjoyed the hotel's hospitality and the traditional pub offers a selection of pub meals.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, but on average they are medium sized. All rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
