- Exterior - A traditional hotel built in red brick on the site of the old Grosvenor House which was the home of the Duke of Westminster. It was one of London's first grand hotels and remains one of the most famous in the world.
- General - The hotel's reputation is as one of the world's greatest and famous hotels, sitiuated in the heart of London. (0201DT)
- Lobby - It has a large, ornately decorated lobby with an open fire and an abundance of antique furniture and pictures.
- Location - The hotel is located on Park Lane overlooking Hyde Park and within walking distance of Oxford Street, Bond Street and Knightsbridge for some of London's best shopping. It is also within easy reach of Marble Arch and Bond Street underground stations.
- Restaurant - The hotel has three restaurants, the Restaurant overlooking Hyde Park serves traditional English food, the other serves Italian food. The best restaurant is decorated with antiques and paintings from Lord Forte's private collection, serves award winning french cuisine cooked by world famous chef Nikko.
- Rooms - The rooms are very large, elegantly decorated and furnished in antiques. Both the marble bathrooms and the bedrooms are in exceptional condition.
