- Exterior - This is a very modern building.
- General - The hotel also provides conference facilities.(0201/DT)
- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel is quite large and informal, with lots of seating and chairs.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the centre of Lincoln, opposite the cathedral. It is also within easy reach of the Castle, Ellis' Mill and Usher Gallery. The hotel's grounds contain a section of Roman wall and other remains of Roman eastgate.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a spacious restaurant, bar and lounge.
- Rooms - The 70 bedrooms are all very similar and are fairly basic but comfortable. All rooms have a minibar, hairdryer and trouser press.
