Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The hotel is a modern building.
- General - The hotel has a range of exercise equipment in the fitness room, and there are facilities for conferences/meetings. This is a very nice hotel, with a superb location. - not visited, report from brochure - august 1998
- Lobby - The lobby area is quite small but very bright and modern, with tiled floors and wicker furniture.
- Location - The Courtyard By Marriott hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, on the edge of Brayford pool and enjoys views across the picturesque marina.
- Restaurant - The 'number one' restaurant provides food throughout the day together with an a la carte menu. It is set out in the style of a bistro.
- Rooms - The 95 bedrooms are all very well appointed with one or two double beds, tv with satellite, hair dryer, trouser press and hospitality trays. All rooms have private Bathrooms with underfloor heating.
