- Exterior - Purpose-built modern yellow brick building with vast areas for car Parking.
- General - Close to Brands Hatch and London on m25, ideal for budget groups. Malcolm lindop october 1998
- Lobby - Standard, modern medium sized lobby. Bright and Spacious.
- Location - Situated on university way, just off junction 1a of the M25, the hotel is adjacent to the bridge and tunnel,as well as the bluewater shopping centre, due to open in 1999 as the largest shopping centre in europe.
- Restaurant - No restaurant as Holiday Inn Express.
- Rooms - All rooms are standardised and modern. As brand new hotel, they are in excellent condition as are the Bathrooms.
