Hotel Reports
- Exterior - This is a traditional hotel which in the 1960's had a very modern, unattractive extension and frontage put on. During the refurbishment the new owners are actucally building a traditional facade, so the hotel will appear more in keeping with the surroundings of Canterbury.

- Lobby - The lobby is moderate in size with very modern decor with marble pillars and golden trimmings.
- Location - The hotel is in the centre of Canterbury.
- Restaurant - There is one restaurant which serves a varied menu.
- Rooms - The rooms are of a good standard and are of medium size.
