Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The building was first licensed as a hotel in 1588 and the half timbered facades date back from the 12th century. It has now combined the old world charm with up to date amenities.
- General - This is a good hotel with an excellent restaurant. (02/01 MJ)
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is medium in size and has a reception desk and seating area. The decor is traditional.
- Location - This hotel is situated on the city's high street, which is pedestrianised and is only 5 minutes' walk from the cathedral.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is fully air conditioned and is featured in many good food guides. There is a variety of dishes on offer including fresh produce for both fixed and a la carte menus. The coffee shop is open all day and serves a variety of light meals and snacks.
- Rooms - The hotel has 73 rooms all of which are in good condition. The rooms vary in size but are all pleasant and bright with comfortable furnishings and some are decorated in Georgian style.
