- Lobby - The lobby is medium and contemporary in design with stategically placed potted plants and a small seating area.
- Location - The hotel is situated 2 miles from stevenage town centre, at the entrance of knebworth Park. Luton airport is 14 miles away and Stanstead airport is 31 miles away.
- Restaurant - The 'garden braserie' provides a comfortable, relaxing setting in which to enjoy an appetising meal.
- Rooms - The 110 bedrooms are medium in size and in good condition. The rooms cater for disabled guests. All bedrooms have en-suite Bathrooms with seperate toilet, colour tv with sky, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities.
