- Exterior - The estate of this modern hotel stretches across 176 acres of beautifully landscaped 18 hole, par 70, Parkland golf course.
- General - The hotel has extensive leisure facilities including - 18 hole par 70 golf course, indoor swimming pool and Spa, steam rooms, sauna, squash Courts, snooker room, advanced fitness suite, tennis Courts, a croquet lawn and petonque terrain, golfing practice area. April 1998
- Lobby - The lobby is modern in design, is very spacious with a tiled floor. The seating area is carpeted with an open fireplace and chandeliers.
- Location - The hotel is located in the Hampshire countryside. Close to Southampton centre by car, the hotel is easily accesible via the M3 and M27 motorway. The hotel is only 5 miles from southampton Parkway Station.
- Restaurant - The restaurant with it's own pianist provides an excellent choice of food and drink in a comfortable setting. The colours are warm, with floral draped curtains. For a more informal setting guests can dine in the 'plus fours lounge'.
- Rooms - The rooms of the hotel vary in size but are generally large and are kept in very good condition along with the bathrooms. The rooms are modern in decor with warm pastel colours. Many overlook the golf course and have private bathrooms and full facilities.
