- General - Leisure facilties are available. August 1998
- Lobby - Medium in size with extensive seating area.
- Location - It stands at the foot of the downs at north harbour overlooking Porchester Castle. The hotel is a short distance by car from the town centre and is conveniently located adjacent to the M27 and A3, giving easy access to the surrounding countryside.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is light and spacious and informal. There is also a bar area.
- Rooms - In a good decor and all have full facilties as well as air conditioning. They are of a large size and feature full facilities.
