- Exterior - This is a traditional 17th century coaching Inn with attractive flowers surrounding the windows.
- General - The hotel is kept in excellent condition and is well situated for exploring this beautiful part of the country. (0300MCJ)
- Lobby - The small lobby is very traditional and historic with low beamed ceilings and many antiques. In the winter months an open log fire burns.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the centre of town within easy walking distance of the narrow streets. The Cotswolds are within easy driving distance.
- Restaurant - The medium sized restaurant is elegantly decorated in traditional style. A variety of local specialities are served as well as international dishes.
- Rooms - The medium sized bedrooms are furnished in a traditional manner in keeping with the distinctive character of the hotel. Some of the bedrooms have four poster beds with floral soft furnishings. Bathrooms are kept in good condition and are regularly refurbished.
