Exterior - The main building was built in the 17th century in traditional cotswolds stone.
General - The hotel is kept in very good conditions and is in a perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds.
Lobby - The lobby is small and very traditional in decor with an adjoining seating area and bar.
Location - The hotel is situated in the heart of the village within easy walking distance of the narrow streets.
Restaurant - An ancient vine canopies the conservatory restaurant and in summer is festooned with bunches of grapes. This is a very pleasant restaurant that serves English, French and Italian food.
Rooms - The rooms are medium in size, on average, and all are pleasantly and traditioanlly furnished in keeping with the distinctive character of the hotel. Some of them have a four poster or canopied bed and are all decorated in soft pastel colours. The bathrooms are medium in size and all kept in good condition.
