- Exterior - This is a large modern hotel with a huge car Park at the front.
- General - General the hotel also has a leisure centre including swimming pool, whirlpool Spa Bath, sauna, impulse shower, steam room, solarium, gym and coffee bar. This is a very modern hotel and is ideal for any client. Malcolm
- Lobby - Lobby the hotel lobby is medium in size with a reception desk, sofas and plenty of Space for luggage. The decor is modern with marbled floor.
- Location - This hotel is located 1 mile from newcastle cirt centre and is 6 miles from the airport. The Gateshead metro centre is nearby and is the largest shopping centre in europe.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant offers both a la carte and table d' hote menus and is very modern in design with decorative walls and modern lighting. The cocktail bar is adjacent to the restaurant.
- Rooms - All rooms have private facilities and colour tv plus sky, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea / coffee making. The rooms are small and mdeium in size and decorated in pale shades of red and blue with modern printed fabrics. Most are in good condition.
