- Lobby - The lobby is traditionally furnished and medium in size.
- Location - The hotel has a prime location on the Promenade, overlooking the Imperial Gardens, a short walk from the main shopping areas.
- Restaurant - The hotel has two restaurants; one which has a set and a la carte menu, and also Raymond Blanc's exclusive brasserie.
- Rooms - All the rooms are in very good condition and are tastefully furnished.
