- Exterior - The hotel is a cream coloured Victorian building.
- General - Guests are provided with free membership of the nearby indoor tennis and sports leisure centre. August 1998
- Lobby - The lobby area is medium sized and there are ample seating areas in the bar and lounge where guests can enjoy the view across the promenade to the sea beyond.
- Location - The Wish Tower hotel is situated on the promenade in Eastbourne. The congress theatre, winter gardens and devonshire Park theatre are only minutes away from the hotel. There are also many tourist attractions within the area.
- Restaurant - The king edward restaurant is renowned for its excellent cuisine, with locally caught fish a speciality.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and very nicely decorated in pastel shades. Just over half of the rooms enjoy panoramic sea views.
