- Exterior - This is a modern building but built in a traditional style with attractive timber work on the front.
- General - This is a good hotel well located for the airport.(11/02 RG)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with a welcoming atmosphere.
- Location - The hotel is situated two miles from East Grinstead surrounded by the picturesque Sussex countryside and is only eight miles from Gatwick airport.
- Restaurant - Guests are invited to enjoy the food in the attractive oak beamed restaurant.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and nicely decorated in pastel shades with attractive pale floral bed covers and curtains. The rooms appear to be in good condition.
