- Exterior - This is a traditional whitewashed Hotel.
- General - The Hotel is suitable for both leisure and business. Additionally it has a number of function suites, suitable for weddings, private dinners and meetings. Guests have free access to the leisure club, which has an indoor pool, spa, sauna, solarium and gymnasium. (0498/0300KA)
- Lobby - The lobby is small, carpeted and has a tasteful art design on the ceiling.
- Location - The Hotel is located in the heart of town, yet is just minutes from Bournemouth's sandy beaches.
- Restaurant - The Deauville restaurant is tastefully designed in burgundy and wood, and is located on the ground floor with views of the town. A variety of cuisine is offered; traditional, with a continental flair.
- Rooms - The rooms vary, mostly medium in size and are in good condition. Half of the bathrooms are newly decorated and in excellent condition. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with full facilities, and the majority enjoy a view of Bournemouth's parks and gardens.
