- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and is docorated to a very high standard, with rich oak panelled lounges and crackling log fires creating a warm, extremely comfortable glow.
- Location - The hotel is located 15 minutes away from bournemouth, set in 12 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens on the edge of the splendid New Forest.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant is formal and offers international cuisine.The hotel also offers a more relaxed atmosphere in the brasserie.
- Rooms - All rooms are large in size, on average, and all are individually designed to a very high standard, some in a traditional style, other in a modern style. The bathrooms are medium in size and in excellent conditions.
