Hotel Reports
- Exterior - This is a traditional building, built in 1820 as a Victorian villa. It has been extended and reburbished.
- General - This family run hotel will be extremely nice when all refurbishing work is completed. April 1998
- Lobby - The lobby is small and has a bar and restaurant.
- Location - Livermead house is located on the sea-front, 5 mins drive to the city centre. Torquay railway Station is nearby.
- Restaurant - The restaurant has been given an egon ronay award.
- Rooms - Rooms are undergoing a refurbishment programme. Newly decorated rooms are medium sized, elegant and tasteful. Old rooms do need decorating as they are very basic and dated. The rooms are kept in good condition and the Bathrooms are in fair condition.
