- Lobby - Extremely small and dark, the decor is quite dated.
- Location - Is situated in the city centre.
- Restaurant - Large restaurant, ideally situated for the group market. August 1998
- Rooms - They all vary in shapes and sizes , but the majoity are of a medium size, and in a very poor condition. They need refurbishment.
