- Exterior - Is Victorian in design.
- General - The hotel has a medium sized car park as well as extensive conference facilities. (08/98ML)
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size and is carpeted and although it is adorned with large paintings, it is some what dull due to poor lighting.
- Location - A 3 star property located opposite the central train station. It is one minute walk from the main shopping area and a few minutes from Exeter cathedral.
- Restaurant - Is suitable for a la carte and table d'hote menus as well as a traditional carvery.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium in size and of a good decor. The facilites expected of a superior hotel and found in the rooms.
