- Exterior - This a traditional hotel with a glass ceiling.
- General - The Durrant House hotel is very nice with friendly staff. It is close to main roads for extensive touring of cornwall. April 1998
- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel is small with marble floors and wood surround.
- Location - The Durrant House hotel is situated on the outside of Bideford.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated off the lobby with dark wood bistro style seats. Murals have been painted on the ceilings.
- Rooms - The rooms of the hotel are large, Spacious and bright with all facilities. They are kept in good condition along with the Bathrooms.
