- Exterior - This is a modern hotel.
- General - 02/01.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size. There is also a large bar with an extensive seating area.
- Location - The Park hotel is located within a few minutes walk from the centre of the market town of Barnstaple. It overlooks rock Park and the river taw.
- Restaurant - For more intimate occasions guests can dine in the riverside room where a superb selection from both table d'hote and a la carte menus can be enjoyed or the renowned hot carvery provides the centrepiece of the hotel's lunchtime cuisine.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are large,decorated in cream with quite basic furnishings but neverthless look comfortable and in good condition. They all have en-suite bathroom.
