Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A converted riverside stone property, dating from 1626.
- General - Just minutes from Lake Windermere and the Lake District National Park, this is an excellent hotel, with brand new facilities.
- Lobby - The lobby is small and traditional.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the centre of town, overlooking the River Kent, in the heart of the southern Lake District.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves excellent cuisine with beautiful views, whilst lighter meals are available in the bar.
- Rooms - All 47 rooms were upgraded to 4-star standard during 2000. They are in excellent condition with satellite television, tea/coffee making facilities and iron and ironing board. The decor is tasteful and modern and all rooms have a river view.
