Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The main building was constructed in the 1890s from local granite stone. There is a brand new extension, which is in keeping with the original building.
- General - The hotel has a full leisure club with pool, steam room and gymnasium. There is a bar in the hotel.
- Lobby - There is a medium sized lobby, which has been furnished in green and terracotta fabrics. It is open plan and leads into the bar and restaurant.
- Location - This hotel is situated close to the M6, set on the top of a hill overlooking Kendal Castle, in 14 acres of its own wooded grounds.
- Restaurant - Ther hotel features a restuarant, which serves local dishes. It is traditional in decor.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and are all en-suite. The fabrics are greens and terracotta colours. There are full facilities and all rooms are brand new.
