- Exterior - This a traditional building dating back to 1870.
- General -
- Lobby - No picture/decscription.
- Location - The Red Lion hotel is situated in the village of Grasmere just half a mile from "dove cottage" where william wordsworth lived, and ten miles from windemere station. It is a wonderful centre from which to enjoy the whole of the lake district with its many attractions.
- Restaurant - Bar meals are available throughout the day in the easedale lounge which has views across to helm crag. The main restaurant offers an invigorating choice of wholesome,fresh English cuisine either a la carte or table d'hote. Hotel unseen / report from brochure august 1998
- Rooms - The bedrooms which differ in shape and size are very nicely decorated with attractive wallpaper,curtains and bedcovers. The style is traditional but with a modern feel. Most of the rooms enjoy views of the picturesque village and surrounding fells.
